What you'll be doing:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you are the go-to expert for our advanced systems. Your focus is on maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring that they experience minimal disruptions from technical issues. Equipped with your own Certhon van, stocked with all the tools you'll need, you start your day by arriving at the office. You have a cup of coffee and load your bus with the prepared materials in our warehouse. Then, you're off to visit our customers. Together with the customer, you go through the maintenance schedule and coordinate the plan of action. Following this, you carry out the maintenance efficiently and document your findings in our digital system. If you face any challenges during your work, you can always call on your colleagues back at the office for support. With their expertise and your know-how, you'll find the best solution.

If necessary, you will also immediately resolve minor or urgent malfunctions during maintenance, so that the installations continue to function optimally. When the maintenance work is finished, you will load your bus again and discuss the day with the customer. You can go home straight away at the end of your working day.

In case of any urgent breakdowns, you’ll resolve these issues on the spot, ensuring the systems continue running optimally. Once the maintenance is complete, you’ll recap the day with the customer, pack up your tools, return to your van, and head home. Certhon serves a variety of customers and handles a diverse range of installations, including our in-house developed Certhon Control System. This role offers plenty of variety and opportunities for growth! You’ll also enjoy the flexibility to largely manage your own work schedule, with occasional requirements to assist customers outside of regular office hours. Additionally, you’ll be part of our on-call breakdown service when needed.

Who are you?

• You have a strong passion for electrical engineering and have hands-on experience with electrical systems;
• You are solution-driven, eager to grow, and dedicated to personal and professional development;
• You hold a valid driver's license (B);
• Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can fluently communicate in both Dutch and English;
• You're capable of working autonomously, while also being a collaborative team player.
