What you''ll be doing:

As an IT Support intern, you’ll work closely with our workplace administrators, supporting 150 colleagues in a challenging IT environment. No two days are the same:

• Resolving first-line incidents, from frozen computers and login issues to setting up accounts for new employees.
• Supporting IT management, assisting in managing computer systems, laptops, and (mobile) phones.
• Direct interaction with colleagues, ensuring everyone can work efficiently with reliable IT solutions.

In this internship, you’ll be at the heart of the organization, gaining insight into all aspects of IT Support. You’ll think fast, find solutions, and ensure your colleagues can work without disruptions.

Who are you?

• You are studying IT, System Administration, or a related field;
• You are looking for a hands-on internship to gain practical experience;
• You are eager to learn, independent, and energized by solving IT challenges.
