What you'll be doing:

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the HR department, which consists of two HR advisors. Certhon, an innovative family business, has been part of the large publicly listed parent company DENSO since August 2023. While Certhon operates independently, we use DENSO’s knowledge to further professionalize our organization on an international level. For HR, this presents exciting challenges, such as expanding our services globally and supporting our people in their professional growth to keep pace with this expansion. These are challenges you will tackle. Exciting, right?!

You will identify HR themes within the organization based on needs, trends, and developments. You will proactively address these themes, gain support, and implement changes. This will allow you to have a direct impact on both the operations and the organizational culture. A role with impact, indeed! Additionally, you will focus on attracting, retaining, and developing our employees. This includes projects such as talent and leadership development, performance management, and supporting internal mobility.

Who are you?

• You hold a completed HBO degree in organizational development or change management;
• You have at least 10 years of experience in the HR field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
• You are entrepreneurial, organizationally sensitive, and detail-oriented;
• You excel at making connections, take initiative, and stand firm in your decisions;
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, as well as strong conversational techniques;
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
