What you'll be doing:

As a Project Manager at Certhon, you are the key player in the realization of high-tech greenhouses and indoor farms worldwide.  From sales to delivery, you are responsible for the success of our technical projects. You create the project plan, monitor progress, and ensure everything is completed on time, within budget, and is completed with the desired quality. You are responsible for drawing up and monitoring the HSE plan and ensuring that transport needs are met correctly. Furthermore you organize and lead construction meetings and arrange labor.

In addition, you manage project teams consisting of preparers, technicians, and logistics staff, and maintain contact with subcontractors, executors and other external parties. You meet weekly with the project teams to monitor progress. As a Project Manager, you are also the point of contact for the customer. You maintain customer contact from the sales, continue to build on the relationship and translate customer questions into practical and feasible solutions.

You will also be responsible for the financial result of the project. You oversee costs, ensure proper purchasing, and keep track of payment arrangements. Since many of our projects are international, you will build global connections. The exciting part? Certhon is known for tackling highly complex projects, from advanced climate cells to traditional greenhouses with cutting-edge installations. Who are you?

• You have prefarably 3 years of experience in technical projects. Experience in horticulture or related sectors is a plus;
• You have strong leadership and organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
• You work accurately, maintain an overview, and can easily switch between different stakeholders;
• Traveling and working outside regular hours doesn’t intimidate you when the project requires it;
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
