Whether you make the planning for our service engineers or handle the invoicing of orders, you ensure that our customers receive the best assistance when they have questions. What you'll be doing:
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating, preparing and handling malfunctions, maintenance and warranty work. One of your main tasks is making malfunction reports and prepare work orders with clear instructions. Based on the requests, you set priorities and schedule our service engineers efficiently. In doing so, you also take into account regular maintenance and warranty work.
In addition, you manage our service engineers and commissioning engineers. You will take care of their planning, personal development and offer them technical support by phone in case of questions. Besides that, you are also responsible for monitoring the service stocks; you order and book the required materials. You are also responsible for cost control; you will handle the invoicing of the orders and ensure correct registration of all work.
As Service Coordinator, you also provide technical support to our customers. If you do not have the right technical knowledge, you will contact one of our in-house specialists. You will work closely with other departments, such as work preparation and the warehouse, to ensure optimal execution. If it appears that improvements are needed for our delivered installations, you provide the specific department with the right information from practice to make revision drawings.
Who are you?
- You preferably have 3 years of experience in a coordinating role. Experience in horticulture or related sectors is a plus;
- You are technically proficient and/or have a lot of technical interest;
- You can set priorities well, switch quickly and you are accurate;
- Working outside regular hours doesn’t intimidate you when the project requires it;
- You have good organizational and communication skills and can deal well with resistance.
