What you'll be doing:

As Finance Employee, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of expenses. You'll handle accounts payable and credit card administration, ensuring all incoming costs are correctly entered in the system and paid on time.

In addition, you are responsible for checking our colleagues' work orders, identify any discrepancies, and communicate with managers. Once the hours are approved, you'll enter them into our ERP system. You also support accounts receivable management by sending payment reminders. You monitor payment deadlines, maintain customer contact, and actively seek solutions when payments are overdue. Thanks to your dedication and accuracy, our cash flow remains healthy and we can continue to grow — a significant contribution!

Who are you?

• You have completed a financial or administrative degree (MBO) and preferably already have some experience, but motivated starters are also more than welcome;
• You preferably already have some experience working with a financial system;
• You are detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, work well independently, and possess excellent numerical skills.
• You have good communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
