Whether you're recruiting for a position as a corporate lawyer, sales engineer, or service technician, you know how to empathize with the target audience and identify the right fit for each candidate!

What you'll be doing:

As a Talent Recruiter, you'll search for talented technicians and other specialists. Certhon is growing, and recruitment is strategically important to us. Therefore, this is a new role, specializing in recruiting and selecting our new talents. Through your interest in the person behind the candidate, you will discover what someone is looking for in a new job and what their strengths are. With these insights, you'll be able to make the right match with opportunities within the organization.

You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:

• Writing vacancies tailored to the target audience;

• Following up on direct applications in our ATS system Team Tailor;

• Conducting job interviews and further developing colleagues' skills for these interviews;

• Actively searching for and approaching candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn;

• Coordinate with schools for internships, guest lectures, job fairs, and other opportunities to promote technology;

• Further promoting our employer brand;

• Developing and implementing ideas for labor market communication and new recruitment methods.

We often prioritize qualities over the right education or experience. This allows you, as a recruiter, to make a significant impact! The HR department will soon consist of four enthusiastic colleagues: you, two HR advisors, and an HR manager.

Who are you?

• You have a HBO work and thinking level and experience in recruitment;

• You are looking for a position for approximately 24 hours per week (with the option to spread the hours over the week);

• You are proactive: you don't wait, but go for it with your proposal;

• You enjoy thinking outside the box and provide critical advice (or want to learn how);

• You bring everything together, are creative, strong in organization and can switch quickly: with every candidate you meet, you try to respond to opportunities and switch quickly based on the conversation you have had;

• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
