What you'll be doing:

As a Horticultural Service Technician, you provide service for a wide range of malfunctions, both remotely and on-site at the customer’s location. You start your day at the company, review the digital work orders, load your van with the necessary parts, and head out to resolve all reported issues. If you can’t solve a problem on your own, your colleagues at the office are always ready to think along with you.

Your main responsibilities:

• Resolving malfunctions in all kinds of high‑tech installations, such as heating and cooling systems;

• Logging in remotely and reading out climate control computers at customer sites;

• Commissioning small new projects.

In addition, you participate in our on‑call service once a month, being available 24/7 for one week.

Who are you?

• You have relevant work experience in electrical engineering and are comfortable working with computers;

• You are solution‑oriented, able to stay calm under pressure, and eager to further develop your technical skills;

• You hold a category B driver’s license;

• You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English;

• You enjoy working independently and like being on the road.
