We'll do a first screening
Our HR team will carefully review your CV and cover letter to assess whether your profile aligns with the position. If there's a match, we'll reach out within a week to schedule an introductory meeting.

The first interview
During the introduction, you will meet with an HR colleague and the manager for the relevant position. Together, we will discuss your skills, motivation, and of course, what Certhon has to offer you.

The second interview
If both you and we are positive, a second interview will follow. In this meeting, you will meet again with the manager, along with a direct colleague from the team. This interview will go deeper into the role, how we can complement each other, and how your ambitions align with Certhon.

Job offer
If we are both still positive and there's a match, we will be happy to make you a suitable offer. We will discuss the terms of employment with you. This is also the moment to align on practical matters, such as your start date and contract details.
