Put your organizational and communication skills to work in our service department. Whether you are providing technical support to customers or scheduling appointments for our service engineers, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service! Ready to serve our next customer?
What you'll be doing:
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating, preparing, and handling malfunctions, maintenance, and warranty work. You'll receive malfunction reports and translate them into work orders with clear instructions for the engineers. Based on all requests, you'll prioritize and efficiently schedule the service team, consisting of four engineers and two commissioning engineers. You'll manage this team and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and materials.
You will also be responsible for:
- Monitoring service stocks: ordering and booking the necessary materials;
- Processing order invoicing in our system;
- Recording all resolved malfunctions and maintenance work;
- Scheduling first and second-line breakdown services.
Finally, as a Service Coordinator, you will frequently collaborate with colleagues in our specialized departments to find and implement the right technical solutions.
Who are you?
- You preferably have work experience in a coordinating role;
- You are technically proficient and/or have an affinity for horticultural technology:
- You have a proactive attitude, a service- and customer-focused mindset, and strong communication skills;
- You are good at prioritizing, creating structure, and you are accurate;
- You can switch quickly and handle resistance well.
